I am inspired by mixing the wild beauty of Australian nature with the refined elegance of vintage couture, contemporary art and architecture. I am particularly interested in exploring what it is that makes jewellery ‘precious’. These pieces combine everyday materials – cement, resin, string, thread, feathers and pigment – with ‘precious’ metals, gemstones and pearls.

My pieces are designed to be worn every day, and are made with love. Rose Luker is an Australian jeweller based in Sydney, Australia. Her work has been exhibited in Sydney, Paris and Stockholm.
